Stephanie’s journey in the hospitality industry began at White Point Beach Resort, where she quickly realized that great service wasn’t just about meeting expectations; it was about exceeding them in a way that felt personal and heartfelt. One particular memory stands out: during dinner a Grandmother telling her Granddaughters of the tea that was held as a pre-wedding celebration for all the girls some 50 plus years. The Grandmother had such joy in her eyes and the Grandaughters such glee in their laughter that Stephanie went about recreating that event. She gathered teapots, cups & saucers and linens  from her own grandmother, enlisted the kitchens help to make finger sandwiches and petits-fours, had the recreation team craft invitations and placecards and turned the family lunch into a tea party! 

Stephanie and her team at White Point Beach Resort didn’t just provide a lunch celebration  the created a memory. The family wasn’t just satisfied—they were delighted, having experienced the true spirit of Nova Scotia.


This experience, and many others like it, shaped Stephanie’s belief that hospitality should always be about more than just service—it should be about creating moments that matter.
