Stephanie is a seasoned hospitality expert with a deep-rooted commitment to excellence. From her early days as a Food & Beverage Manager at White Point Beach Resort to her role as General Manager of Snake River Grill and then Director of Food & Beverage at Pinnacle Entertainment's L'Auberge Lake Charles Casino Resort and when returning to Nova Scotia the General Manager of The Quarterdeck Resort. Stephanie has consistently driven revenue growth, enhanced guest satisfaction, and led teams to success for more than 30 years in both Canada and the United States. Currently working with clients such as South Shore Tourism Cooperative and Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl the mission continues. She holds two master's degrees from Cornell University and is also a certified sommelier.
